Down again...

Darn... I was just uploading a pic of the kids and I playing our demo
version of Space Junkyard...

Is it just me or is BGG really slow since the last update. Moving
through forums is like pulling teeth...

I have also noticed that the forums navigate a lot slower this last
week or two.

…and when I wrote that, the BGG Down forums were unaccessible for
about 10 seconds.

What are we to do when BGG Down is down?

Yeah, BGG has been slower ever since the subscription system was
added. But IMHO it's worth it - the system is great, and if it makes
pages take 1/2 second instead of 1/4 second, I can live with it.

It's probably worth it, I'm not generally complaining.

However, for me, the issue is rather that it takes 4 or 5 seconds to
pop up the forums page than 1/4th of a second. To get to each forums
page (general forums, BGG Suggestions or whatever) is usually fast
enough. the first pop into the forums, howver, is suspiciously slow.
