I'm sending off a request for records from the civil registry in Sao Jose, Sao Miguel and have been told tht they will search their files and then let you know if they have it and what the cost will be. I want to insert the following sentence in my letter (I'm using one I found on these pages). can someone translate it into Portuguese for me?

 

"If you find the record, when you tell me, also please advise how you wish me to pay".
