Mercer Arboretum & Botanic Gardens announces the dates for the 3rd Annual Garden Faire: Saturday and Sunday, September 27 and 28, 2008. Saturday's hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday's hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Garden Faire offers the public a chance to enjoy a fall day in the park while learning more about regional plant societies and local pet adoption organizations. Local garden artists will be selling specialty garden art, plant societies will be selling plants, special activities for kids are planned, and food concessions offer a variety of food options. Admission is free.

Aldine Westfield Road, one mile north of FM 1960. Harris County Precinct
4 programs serve people of all ages regardless of socioeconomic level,
race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical ability. Anyone requiring
