Thank you to all of the wonderful artists, volunteers and donors that all helped make the 2006 Orange Show Gala our most successful to date! While everyone danced like no one was watching, the Houston Chronicle managed to make a super video showing the night's festivities at Adickes SculpturWorx studios. Isaac Cohen's street legal, hand-crafted beauty, Slider, garnered one of the top art car auction prices going for $13,000
during the live auction.
Take a peak at the Houston Chronicle's Gala video!

Joanna Newsom returns to the Orange Show on Tuesday, December 12 at 7 pm
Joanna Newsom is an outsider artist and singer-songwriter that expresses her visions and emotions with exceptional lyrics and a full size harp. Joanna is currently touring the US to support her groundbreaking album for Drag City Records "Ys." The album is a symphonic masterpiece that features orchestral arrangements by major Beach Boys collaborator and Brian Wilson confidant, Van Dyke Parks. Joanna's first performance in our pond was in 2004 opening for Devendra Banhart. With an opening set by Bill Callahan of Smog, this is a once in a lifetime night of magic at the Orange Show. Admission is only $12 for a spectacular evening in the Orange Show. Seats are going so fast that we had a call from Paris to reserve seats, so call 713-926-6368 to save your seats today!
