SP 2 ArcSwat1.0.6 Setup Problem with arcGis 9.1

From Mohamad:I am new to arcSwat1.0.6 using arcGis 9.1

A-installed programs
1-Operating System : windows XP SP2
2-ArcGis 9.1 SP 2
3-arcGis Spatial Analyst 9.1
3-ArcObject developer kit version 8.3 installed(?)
4-Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installed
5-ArcGIS DotNet from arcGis 8.1 folder installed.(?)
6-Adobe reader 8 installed

B -error: " Unable to get installer types in D:\program files\arcswat
\swat_hrus.dll assembly --->
one or more of the types assembly unable to load"

C:does "dotnet" and "ArcObject developer kit " from arcGis 8.1 is
compatible with arcGis 9.1?
these two do not exist in my "arcGis 9.1 installation folder" as
mentioned in arcSwat installation guide.
Uploading arcGis9.1 "dotnet" and "developer kit" will be appreciated
or tell me where can I download them.
Also How do I know my arcGis 9.1 Sp2 is 766 built?

Service Pack 2 can be downloaded from the following site:
http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=downloads.patchesServicePacks.viewPatch&PID=17&MetaID=1162
You can check if it's service pack 2, build 766 by clicking on Help/
About ArcMAP.

You also might want to re-install .net 1.1. I have included the site
