Uploading your apencmos picture files.

Due to the fact that Google groups will not have the upload file to
group feature, we will be using Google docks to upload the picture
file. Then you will link to the file in a post.

Changes. Instead of linking to the file, set the files share settings
to private. Then, using the Apencmos center's Email Apencmos-
cen...@googlegroups.com add It as some one who can view the file.
Type what you want to say about your Apencmos and your name in the
personal message box, then click share.
