about locale on HTC firmware 1.5

Hi,all

I have already build firmware cupcake and running it, there are many
Locale support ,such as Chinese, Japanese, etc.

But

I update firmware 1.5 from www.htc.com, there is only one locale support.

when will the new locale support will be provide?
who can answer me or us.

I'm not aware of any current plans to provide additional locales in the ADP1.

Hm - i'm kind of confused - you've released several additional locales
for SDK 1.5 image. And ADP1 suppose to be a Dev phone. So i don't
understand why those locales are missing from phone that is
distributed to developers, it's not a general public consumer device
so i don't get what's a big deal to releasing it with SDK set of
locales.
