When attempting to run "reset balances" it results in the following
error
”Invoice error 7017. corrupt . ADI. CDX or .IDX index.
Altapoint support connected to my system remotely and did some type of
fix (??) this did not fix the problem.
Additional information:
- There are several years worth of data on the system
- Someone (not Altapoint) advised exporting and deleting old data and
save just the past "couple" of years
- Another suggestion was to "reindex", the last attempt at this ran
for several days and did nothing
Any ideas suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as Altapoint
technical support has always been difficult to deal with.
