Subject: Email List
I am working with AltaPoint Chiropractic 8.0 and am trying to get a
report of all email addresses from our patient base.  Does anyone have
any idea of how to do this?

Any help is appreciated.

Thank You!

If your familiar with editing the reports in AltaPoint, you can edit
one of the patient list reports and pull in the email addy to the
report. Should be pretty simple.

Anyone know how to filter the patient list to produce only those with
a given diagnosis?  I have a drug recall, and have to find all the
patients with diagnosis code 332.0.  Can't figure out how to pull out
just those patients.

Thanks.

I'm not all that familiar with editing the reports.  I did mess around
with them a little bit, but was unable to grab the list of emails.  I
can see that it looks possible to do it through the lists and filters,
but came up empty.  Do you know how to do this?  If you had some
directions I would greatly appreciate your help.

Thank You

I would like to be able to do this also.  I understand that purchase of
separate software like Crystal Reports will allow this, but I would like to
know how to do it from within Altapoint.
