Richard,

I am still not completely clear on this.  What do you mean by running
two connections through one T-1 line?  Two servers over one T1?  Two
services (IE: Apache AND FTP/MAIL, etc).   Do you want the requests to
come in over either technology (cable or DSL) and hit the same server
(IE: a multi-homed server)?  By T1, do you mean an actual T1 (DS1) line,
or are you referring generically to a "broadband connection" of any type?

The existing routers for the Cable and DSL lines are probably
specialized devices for each type of service, they will most likely not
work as-is with a T1 type of connection, so you will probably require a
new router, but I suspect I am probably not interpreting your question
correctly...
