Carpooling to OLF 2008

Hello all!

I've posted before about carpooling to OLF, but it was somewhat
disorganized and can confuse some people. So this is what I propose.
Those who are driving and willing to take other people please post the
following:

1) Your car's capacity and who may already be riding with you
2) When you plan to leave for OLF
3) When you plan to leave from OLF
4) Any relevant information that might affect those who come with you

I have a Ford Focus with the following seats

1) Me (Patrick Regan - Driver)
2) Tom Hedington
3) Jim Showalter
4) **Empty as of yet **

I would love to make it to the first session due to a talk on Xen
(something I may do my grad research on) so that would mean my car
would probably have to leave by 7am at the lastest, and even earlier
if we wanted to make the morning keynote speaker (like 5:30-6am for
everything). Those who in my care can contact me and we can work out
the details.

I would like to stay for the whole day of structured activities, but
the after party is neither a necessity nor a hindrance. Tom had
mentioned going for a little bit and leaving a little later after the
after party had started. I'm open to whatever.

As of right now my 4th seat is open. I've had a couple people ask,
but due to the earlier confusion, I don't think I have confirmed with
anyone about my last seat.

If you need a ride, or have extra seats and are willing to take others
(you can probably split gas money like I'm doing), please post your
needs here in this thread so others can communicate their needs...
even if you already posted before. Between online and offline
correspondence, many people are confused.

Pat, I know Tom Gambone wants to go and that would work for him, He just left my office about 1/2 hr ago.

I am going to drive down Friday around noon with my Blazer from Fairlawn.
I can take 3 passengers comfortably.
One seat is  taken by Jo Sugiura
Two more are open.
I will be coming back early Saturday, plan on departing 3pm.
 
Anyone coming down with me will have to find there own place to stay Friday night.
I am staying with friends.

I can be ready to go anywhere between 5:30 and 7:00 am - your choice.
I'm in Firestone Park and can arrange to be at some convenient pickup
point if you tell me where you're coming from.

I'm up for the after party.

Myself and Tomm Smith (Root Packet) are heading down Friday.
Depending on the vehicle we take I should have 1 maybe 2 seats open
from the Canton area headin south.
