The AdSense API does not provide a method to submit keywords or content
and then get ads back for this information. Neither does the AdSense API
provide a way for you to customize the appearance of AdSense ads. The
AdSense API does provide a programmatic method to obtain the JavaScript
code to be placed on a web page that will render AdSense ads.

And what does this do? For a highly personalized page of private
content, do we somehow get
focused ads?
