When we use the sandbox, we have to fill in the register form to get
the developer credential.
But I don't have any idea about getting this when using live server?
Where and how can I get the developer account when using live server?

Hung,
When you submit your final application for review, you should include
the username for your AdSense account. This is the one which we will
promote to developer status.
