The AdSense API Team is proud to announce the release of Version 3
(v3) beta of the AdSense API into the sandbox. V3 brings useful new
features to the API. We're adding support for rounded ad corners in ad
units, publisher reporting for activity specific to a developer's
site, and bulk association and approval status requests. You may also
notice the deprecation of the createAdSenseAccount and
associateExistingAccount methods. Successor methods to these will be
added when we release v3 into production. You can learn more about v3
at http://code.google.com/apis/adsense/developer/releasenotes.html. We
will make v3 available in production as soon as we can!

V2 will continue to be available on production, but we encourage you
to update your implementations soon to take advantage of the new
features that v3 offers!

Cheers,

The AdSense API Team

The AdSense API Version 3 is now available in production! Once again,
you learn more about v3 at:
http://code.google.com/apis/adsense/developer/releasenotes.html

IMPORTANT: Partners are required to use the most current version of
the AdSense API as described in our Terms and Conditions. V2 will
continue to be supported for the next 90 days, after which all
implementations need to be using v3.

The current plan is to sunset v2 on August 1, 2008. If you are an
existing partner and you have any questions or concerns about updating
your implementation for v3 before the deadline of August 1, 2008,
please contact our support team.

Thanks,

The AdSense API Team

Hi Developers!

Due to the issues that partners are have encountered with v3, we're
postponing our deadline for migrating to v3 of the API. I don't have
an exact date yet, but please rest assured that we'll give you plenty
of time to transition after we work all of the kinks out!

To that end, we'll be launching some new documentation by next week to
help with the transition and will be pushing some new sample code in
the next week or two as well. As always - please let us know what
issues you're running into so we can work out any bugs and post any
workarounds.

Best,

The AdSense API Team
