error code 110, was working fine yesterday

Hey guys-
Did the sandboxes get cleared overnight? Generating ad code yesterday
worked, and today I get a 110 error. I used the signup form and it
gave me the same developer email/password combo, so that's a dead end.
What, if anything, do we as developers need to do whenever the
sandboxes are cleared? We're in the middle of our implementation
review, and this stalls that process from moving forward. Any guidance
is appreciated.
