This ARES-IL® Google Group is for the Amateur Radio Emergency Service® in the ARRL Illinois Section (ARES-IL®)

This is an announcement-only group intended for our ARRL appointed Section; District and local Emergency Coordinators; their Assistants; Official Emergency Stations; and key ARES-IL staff, and those interested in ARES-IL.

Bulletins issued here are infrequent, and are primarily related to the Illinois ARES regular HF Net, normally held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 1630L time on 3905 kHz LSB.

Also, EMERGENCY Nets may be announced here.
