I purchased TimK's Porsche conversion from the ElectroAutomotive kit.
One advantage of purchasing a complete conversion is it's already
assembled. One disadvantage of purchasing a complete conversion is
it's already assembled.
I'm trying to learn as much as possible about how all the parts fit
together. Tim provided me with all the documentation he had at the
time. This includes the "VOLTSPORSCHE ELECTRIC CONVERSION KIT
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE AC VERSION" dated August 10, 2007. This version has a few
holes/TBD's.

Does anyone have a newer version they can post or send me?

Regards and Thanks,
Dan

Welcome, Dan. I received a hard copy when I bought my kit last summer. There is no date on it, but it is also full of holes and TBDs so it's probably not much more than what you have. I asked EA a few months ago for updates to the missing sections but never got a reply. Are you looking for anything specific? I'm sure one of us could help you fill in the blanks, having been through it.

best,

The most important thing is the wiring diagram. The 8-wire cable
between front and back was never described in the addendum, and would
have helped tremendously. I believe there are some current wiring
diagrams in this group now. I can look through my marked up book and
see what some of those TBDs are.

Cheers,
Peter

Actually, the 8-wire cable is described in my addendum -- but incorrectly! EA is going to send me a schematic "mon or tue" (that was April 8). You should download and print out the schematic made by Andy ("Evelyn") which is available in the 914ev google group files area. This was invaluable.

Hi Dan,

For the wiring diagrams...

Go to this Google Group at  http://groups.google.com/group/914ev?hl=en
Look at the files section and you'll find the ones I got from EA
