Long-Term Support Needs Assessment Survey: Your Opinion Matters

February 8, 2012

Dear 9/11 Community,

The 9-11 Healing and Remembrance Program would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts and comments with us in the Long Term Needs Assessment Survey. If you haven't had an opportunity to complete the survey we would like to encourage you to share your opinions. Your feedback is extremely important and will help identify ongoing emotional and spiritual care support needed in the 9/11 community, especially around anniversary times. This survey will assesses how resources and activities have helped you/your family in the past, along with what you would like to see continued or developed in the future, to promote your emotional and spiritual healing. The results of this anonymous survey will help all of us plan and advocate for supportive and effective resources and activities.

Please click HERE to complete the survey. Thank you for your help.

To ensure the best possible results and the most compelling numbers, please compete the survey promptly (by Friday, February 10, 2012); and in the meantime, please forward it to as many members of the 9/11 community as possible. The results of this anonymous survey will help all of us plan and advocate for supportive and effective resources and activities.

Responses are being collected by the National Disaster Interfaiths Network based in NYC and the 9-11 Healing & Remembrance Program (MHA-NYC), through a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office for Victims of Crime.
