Subject: September 11th Remembrance Program-East Carolina University
Hello,
On behalf of the Eta Nu Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., I
am inviting the members of your organization to our event that we have
established aimed to remember all of those who lost their lives in the September
11th tragedy. I know September is a hectic time for your members, but if
at least one of your members can attend this event and speak for a
couple moments, it would be greatly cherished. We plan to
have this event to become the biggest event East Carolina University and the
Greenville community has ever seen. Please respond at your earliest
convenience in regards to this invitation. We can also discuss
the reimbursement of transportation funds, if necessary. Thank you for your time. Hope to here from you
