[DraperViewpoint] BARN-YARD Sale/fundraiser for the Day Barn

Dear Friends -

 

Things are moooooving along well for relocating and renovating the Day Barn (at no taxpayer cost)!  The barn will actually be moved on Sunday, May 16th at 7am to area east of the Fitzgerald House on Pioneer Road by Draper Park.  As you may know, the barn will be renovated to become a facility for public use (Barn Dances, Farmer's Markets, events, family reunions, etc.).

 

Tod Wadsworth's company, other sponsors, Historic Preservation Commission, etc. have organized a Barn-Yard Sale and Motorcycle Ride for this Saturday, May 8th from 8am-1pm to help raise money for the project.

 

Please stop by for the fun!  We already have TONS of items to sell but there is room for more!  Donations will be accepted this Friday during the day at the Day Barn/event site at 559 E. 12300 S.

 

There is also a Day Barn blog at  http://daybarn.blogspot.com/  and a FACEBOOK page too, of course.
