FW: West River Spring Regatta 4/28-29

Hi,

            WR is hosting its Spring Regatta on April 28-29.  We have 12 committed boats with a week to go! Ethan is flying up from FLA. Drew is driving from Boston. We have a real shot at 14 boats. If you are not coming, you will need an excuse as good as Dave Burchfiel’s- he has to fly a jet to South Africa during the regatta. But for that last minute change in his work schedule, he would have come. Sterge might have a good excuse, too. His wife is about to have a baby.

 

             Please let me know what your plans are. Also, please forward this email to anyone who might be interested.  To get to 14 boats we need Ali and Christian Rasmussen to come . If Nick Place comes, we will have 15 boats. Anthony Johnston is available to crew. It will be worth it. There will be beer and dinner on Saturday.
