Transportation from Annapolis/DC to Kingston for ECC's

If anyone is traveling from or through the DC metro area to ECC's in
Kingston, ON my skipper John Loe is looking to hitch a ride. He can

The East Coast schedule is pretty bare between the Sail Newport
Regatta and BBR. In the interest of being as best prepared for going
West as possible, I'd like to guage interest in organizing a formal
training session out of Newport the weekend of the 25 and 26th of July
