Attached is the agenda for the Wednesday, December 14 meeting of the
Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council. The meeting will be held at 7:00
p.m. at the Ebell of Los Angeles, 4400 Wilshire Blvd. (SW corner of
Wilshire and Lucerne). Free parking is available on the street on Lucerne,
or in the lot across Lucerne from the Ebell.
This meeting will include a presentation from Los Angeles City and County
staff on storm drain flooding issues in our area, the formation of an ad
hoc committee on City Council redistricting issues, and a discussion of the
city's proposed new ordinance allowing farmers' markets in all residential
zones. There will also be a holiday collection of non-perishable food
items for donation to HopeNet. Please bring canned and dry goods and place
them in the available containers at the meeting.
