 could somebody verify whether the fifth testcase is correct?

(= (__ [  [2 4 6 3]

        [3 4 6 2]

          [6 2 4]  ])

   {})

My understanding is that [[2 4 6] [4 6 2] [6 2 4]] is a valid latin square and a valid sub-square.
