Douglas Johnston's Hipster PDA templates finally convinced me I needed
to start carrying one of those bad boys with me. I'm concerned about
the edges of the index cards getting ragged or accidentally bent, so I
need a case. I did a bunch of searching here, at 43folders and the
43folders wiki but couldn't find what i was looking for.

What is everyone here using?

I could handle either a cover or a full case that the hipster slides in
and out of. I'm hoping to spend fewer than $10.
