A couple of resources that I've used:
The Sales Bible by Jeffrey Gitomer (very popular sales book)
Cold Calling Techniques by Stephan Schiffman (I got ALOT out of this
book)

I really liked _How to Master the Art of Selling_ by Tom Hopkins way
back when I read it. I don't do that sort of selling anymore but still
habitually use a lot of the stuff I learned.
