I use a police notebook for my imput system. It is 3x5 really
strong, numbered pages from 1 to 100 and you are able to buy really
nice leather covers with two pockets in it to hold 3x5 cards or
whatever.

Where do you buy something like that?

You don't.

You do something to get arrested - like take a picture of a train or
building, and when the cops are preoccupied with reading you your
rights, or not, you take theirs.

In all seriousness, I'd imagine any Police Supply shop in person or on
the web would have something similar.

I don't know whether I'd want to be found with a notebook that says
'Law Enforcement' on the front cover. That could be worse than being
found taking pictures of trains!

Actually, the Rite in the Rain company [1] makes some of these, and
you could just as easily get the 3x5" "Search and Rescue" version.
Plus, you could get a fancy cover to cover it up. Together with a
Space Pen, you could take your underwater GTD to a whole new level.
