Omnifocus is superb at helping you just focus on a single project, or

Now I use uni kuru toga pencil, it's a mechanical pencil from
Mitsubishi with has sort of mechanism to keep it's sharp (around 7$).

This link isn't up to date. Go to settings under gmail and click on
the "Labs" link. The ability to work offline can be enabled there.
