I have been using a moleskine calendar and I love it, but recently I
found goosync and have been able to seamlessly sync my google calendar
and my treo 680, which makes my paper calendar obsolete.

Before my paper calendar was important because I hated Palm Desktop
and Outlook and used Google Calendar, but wasn't in front of my
computer all day so I needed a paper calendar to write notes in and
have with me when on the road or in meetings. Then at the end of my
day I could put it all into google calendar. I would also print
agendas and put them into my moleskine calendar.

I love that I can use my treo calendar so seemlessly with google
calendar now, but I have fallen in love with my paper calendar. What
do I do?

I know this sounds like an absurd question, but I figured if there
would be anyone anywhere sympathetic to being in love with a moleskine
calendar itd be on this group.

I have also tried to find a perfect solution to merge paper and
digital calendars.

My final solution is to simply retype calendar items in Moleskine into
Google calendar. If you do it everyday morning, it takes only about
five minutes.

If you want to find another way, then you can consider Logitech IO2
pen. The pen, combined with a specially designed notebook, capture
everything you write and transfer it to your PC.

Very nice, thanks so much. I've tried many ways to use calendar paper
and digital. And capture everything by paper after that give you A
TIME to add to your digital calendar

I have tried Google calendars, as well as Scrybe, but after a year of
working with printouts, and suffering repeated service interruptions of
Scrybe (who would bring their service off line at the least convenient time
for me in the UK) ... I have gone back with some relief to just the kind of
simple system I was using 30 years ago, ie a classic Filofax. This works
very well, is flexible, fast, portable, reliable ... it makes me wonder why
I would ever have thought of doing anything else, and indeed I have no good
answer to that question. Paper is the answer, for me at least.
