I was wondering if any of you PC users out there know of any alarm
applications. I used to use Citrus Alarm Clock but it doesn't seem to
be working. I thought it was just the version of Windows but I've tried
different versions. I'd ideally like to be able to set multiple timers.

I use and recommend Chameleon Clock. You can use it to launch programs
or files like your winamp playlist.

The Peter's Alarm clock seems to have a pretty nice gui. I think I'm
gonna end up using this one. I think I like it better than Citrus.

A little late in the discussion... but "Chameleon Clock" works for me,
although it's a little expensive, I like it A LOT. It's skinable and
sits in your task tray where the MS clock was.

Another option is the freeware app "TeaTimer"

I think at the end of this semester I'm gonna sit down and code one, so
I can put whatever features I want into it.
