Waterslide impossible to get photo textures of due to complexity

I built a waterslide model that has photo textures for all of it except the waterslide itself. Due to the fine detail of the waterslide (I used the follow me tool which created a mesh that is hundreds of angles) it is impossible for me to fill the model with photo textures.
