Google Gift

If you had 100 Google Earth accepted models as of mid-March 2012, you should have received an email announcing a Thank You gift and asking for your mailing address.

Since collecting the addresses we've designed, ordered and assembled the gifts. As you may infer from the 2 months it took, we spent some time making sure everything was just right. The packages are ready and will be shipped in the next week. You can expect to receive them as early as two weeks from today if you're in the US, but I can't guarantee delivery times. If we're shipping internationally it will likely take longer as these packages are subject to search in customs.

Thanks to you and your colleagues as well Alex.
Your gift offer is very generous and greatly appreciated by all those expecting to receive those gifts (I know I am speaking for most people and not just myself).

I have only one concern.   The Canadian Postal System can be really slow at this time of year "unless" they remember to put Wheels on the Dog Sleds !
Even then, at (approximately) 50 Cents for a Stamp, that's "almost" 1 penny per day to get our mail delivered !  
Not so bad when you think of it that way.

Hi Alex,

I don't recall when I hit the mark of 100 GE accepted models, but it was very near mid-march 2012. I now have 169 models accepted in GE.

Could you check if I am elligible for your gift, as I did not receive the announcement Email ? I would very much appreciate it :-)

I would not really noticed. I'm getting lately, mostly just messages of type

" There's a problem with the model you submitted. Incomplete photo texturing...or something ...Cheers; Hello, Thank you for your message. We agree with your appeal and have reversed the previous judgment... " :) It's over.

I also received email, at first wasn't sure if was authentic and forgot about it. When found out email was real, was too late to respond.
