HI,

Then the imagery changed in Google Earth. I aligned the model and reuploaded it (without any modification).
It got accepted and after the 3d layer update I got this message:

We're having a problem with the model you submitted

Unfortunately, we've run into a problem while trying to process this model for Google Earth's 3D Buildings layer:

Internal 3D Warehouse error. The model you submitted experienced an error while it was being processed. Unfortunately, your model cannot be included in Google Earth. If your model wasn't built using the latest version of SketchUp, we suggest downloading it and trying that instead.

We would be happy to re-consider any corrected models you'd like to submit. Thanks very much for your ongoing contribution to the worldwide geo-modeling effort. We look forward to seeing more of your models soon.

The 3D Warehouse Team

What happened? What should I do?

Hi,

I have had similar problems quite recently, I can however not offer a reason as to why.
When trying to update a model I  got the same error and traced it down to 3D "tubes" I made with the "follow me"-tool. From what I can tell (without the ability to download your model) yours has similar geometry for the posts of the basketball hoops. Try to replace that geometry with something more simplified, it worked for me. As for the error, this seems to be a glitch in the 3d-layer processing, someone at Google should look into it.

Hi,

Did anyone else notice that the response from Google guides is slower now (that is if there is any) and the unexpected errors appear more often than before?
Did this happen after the selling of sketchup or after the release of the new version of GE for smart phones? Or is it just a coincidence??!!

How can I get the attention of Google guides to help me in my problem??
