bdhy esta acosando permanentemente a mi persona,me gustaria que alguien revise la actitud aberrante de este personaje,esta usando las calificaciones como un arma destructiva a mi persona,no soy el unico que piensa esto,ruego dicten alguna medida sobre esta persona,es muy molesto que esten continuamente acosando,por favor ruego aclaren este caso de acoso,y les pido que no desestimen mi comentario como siempre,dando una opinion personal e incoerente,espero una respuesta acertada a mi peticion,muchas gracias y no me dejen en nada

I totally understand Isidro!

I already reported Bernards/Bdhy's unacceptable behaviour weeks ago but sadly the only thing I could achieve is that he's not able to enter this forum anymore. I can understand that Google (or Trimble) wants to make sure that people aren't kicked out for minor problems but I think this case isn't minor anymore. He's behaving like this for several months now and in addition, he also created a fake account to rate mostly Isidro's model bad. So, there actually two conflicts with Google's policy.

I'm not saying that Bernard is a vicious person or something, he was quite friendly but since he deleted his models his behaviour changed extremly to the worse.

 

Google or Trimble should really consider if they wanna stick to their own policy. I know that it takes five persons to ban someone from the 3DWH but I think this case is quite different. It's not like his actions aren't recognized by other modelers but the most people are afraid to do this step and report a fellow modeler, although in my opinion, it's the right thing to do. Being an awesome and  fellow modeler (or even friend) doesn't give this person the right to bully people just because they have an other opinion over things.

So, I really hope that Google/Trimble consider to do something!

Can it be more obvious?! He's systematically bullying Isidro for the last 3 months now! This is no constructive criticism anymore! I don't give a damn about his stupid comments about me, I know why he does that but what he's doing to Isidro is unacceptable! I really can't understand how this could go on for so long.

Four things should be done to solve this problem once and for all:

-delete all ratings by bdhy

-delete all ratings by Joe

-delete the fake account 'Joe'

-bdhy shouldn't be able to give ratings anymore

This may sounds harsh but someone who behaves like this doesn't deserve any better. The Google/Trimble 3d-Warehouse is based on rules and a system, if someone can't accept this they should face the consequences.

And what about those dozens of ratings that still exist? and the fake account? I assume that you asked Benard to give constructive criticism because one minute before you posted you message the rating of Isidro's Torre Eiffel, Gómez Palacio,Mexico was changed ( it's now at least a bit constructive). The fake account should be delete together with all it's ratings because a fake account is against Google's policy. Ratings can be made more constructive but a fake account stays a fake account.

veo que cuando uno se queja de las calificaciones el sr bernardo las modifica y uno queda como un burro,lo que voy a hacer es sacar una foto de la calificacion y la publicare,y como de todos es sabido,una imagen vale mas que mil palabras,no veo ninguna opcion mas para que podais tener un seguimiento a una mente distorcionada,de este sugeto es muy listo,tira la piedra y esconde la mano,pero yo tengo la tecnologia en mi mano y la empleare para que tengais una opinion sobre este personaje de dos o mas cuentas,la violacion de identidad en internet es un delito mundial,y google sabe de su direccion ip y de su direccion mac,todo deja huella en la red y este individuo no se escapa,se llame bernard o joe su mac o ip estan marcados en su registro en la red,gracias a el apoyo a todos los que quieren internet libre y sin gente con ideas erroneas,y gracias a quienes valoran mi modelos,sobre todo a eugeni ,sebastian,feri,redmilo,pereira,y me quedo corto con esto,por culpa de este señor e dejado de tener buenas calificaciones por su publicidad,y quiero expresar en este medio que seguire creando modelos 3d,ya que me gusta,es un entretenimiento muy grande para el desarroyo mental ,un saludo muy grande a todos los que haceis de esta herramienta para el mundo,y que sepais que me gusta esto 3d,  GRACIAS
