Es ist nicht normal aber es kann schonmal vorkommen, sie haben letzte Woche weite 3D-Stadtmodelle hochgeladen und das hat denn Zeitplan ein bisschen verschoben. In anderen Posts habe ich gelesen das noch diese Woche der 3D-Layer aktualisiert wird, also noch ein bisschen Gedult :)

It's nearly 1 month ago i have Uploadet my building and they don't update it on google earth, whats going on there ?????

I've stated numerous times that we've had delays due to layer publish scheduling issues. Right now the calendar is up to date. I'll post an update if there seems to be any risk of missing the next push.

Why it was not updated on sunday ??

The calender currently indicates this Friday June 28th as the next publish. As for what's going on, I've already mentioned the reason in many threads.
