How to place imported 3D models from the Warehouse onto Sketchup

Guys please forgive my ignorance, but really have no one else to ask.
I have imported a container ship from teh 3D warehouse using
Component, i now want to work on it, but am unable place it on the
Sketch board.
Any help will be welcome
