texture does not appear in the preview of google earth

Hi! I have a problem to display a preview of the Google Sketchup earth. The 3D appears perfect, but the textures (images) do not appear! Ja reduce the size of images. The total file size of 463Kb in this. Please, someone help me!!

I replaced graphic mode in GE and nothing has changed, still without appearing texture.

Hi, records your 3D model in GE and  restarts GE, your textures return except PNG textures.

How do I register the 3D model in GE? Sorry, but it's my first sketchup model.I'm using GE 2013. Thank you!

When you upload your 3D model from sketchup to GE you get your model in GE. and when you stop GE you get this little window in GE and you click on the left button. and now it's OK... You can restart GE. and you have your model with textures in JPG.Try it !!!  Sorry for my bad english language.
