Model buried in GE

to Map Your World - 3D Modeling for Google Earth & Maps
Hi, This model:

is created fine in SU and placed OK in GE. After acepting the model
appears buried in the terrain and without the texture of one of the
buildings. How can i correct this?. I have to delete and to upload the
model for submission another time?
Another question, the plot of the building partially drills the
terrain of GE in the model and real life. How can i do that?
