Review Time Question for you PLUSes/PROs

"We guarantee the review for all paid account panoramas within 7 days but usually this happens within 1-2 days!"

You PLUS and PRO account holders, does 360cites adhere to this?

I havn't posted anything in a while, but with the pro account the review is much quicker.

Yes I can confirm as well that images are reviewed rapidly for GE etc.as well.

Do PROs and PLUSes receive the same review-time preference?

We have a queue for reviewing panoramas and in this queue the top sorting mechanisms are as follows:

1. COMPANY accounts' panos first, then PROs, then PLUS, then FREE

2. Oldest panos first

So if a PLUS account publishes a panorama he will skip all FREE accounts and will be the first in the queue. If a PRO account publishes a panorama, it will skip all FREE and PLUS accounts and will be first. I hope you get the idea.

We clear out the COMPANY/PRO/PLUS queue at least once a week, usually more often. We clear out the FREE queue (many many thousands of panoramas by the way...) usually once or twice a month with no guarantees. Part of your membership payments allow us to pay the time of the people reviewing panos.

On a Plus account here, I'd say my experience has been basically what they advertised.  The mean time to review for GE (I already have automatic 360Cities acceptance for being an old-timer) is about 2-3 days.  This varies somewhat based on whether I upload on a weekend or weekday.  Uploads at the end of the week tend to take the longest to get approval.  Sunday sometimes seems to be the best - like they plow through the reviews the first few days of the work week.  I've had a few linger on passed 7 days, but that seems outside the norm in my experience.  I would say that it does seem to have slowed a bit over the last year, perhaps as the number to be reviewed has grown faster than the number of reviewer-hours available?
