ftp_user_19156 - upload ok but my pano is not into "image in elaboration" or into "image not still published"

I have a problem.

I have finished to upload a pano image (10000x5000) but, after the positive confirm of Filezilla, I am not able to found my picture into

"image eleboration" and not into "image not still published", too.

Can someone tell me why?

Your file had some funny characters that could not be processed by our FTP importer. We've renamed the file and it should appear in your account eventually. 

Next time please use only standard UTF8 characters

 Only standard UTF8 characters in the filename (examples of characters not allowed: ü, á, ě, etc.)

I have the same problem, but my FTP'd filenames don't contain any non-ASCII characters?

I am having the same problem as well. My filenames are fine and I have a bunch of files uploaded that are not being processed for some reason.

Would appreciate if you would look into this.

Sorry if I disturb you again but I have same problem again...

Before contact you I have checked my file name and now, for my new file uploaded, there are not characters like ü, á, ě, etc.: the file name is "Piazzetta_ViaRecinto_ViaFortezza_OK";

then I have checked the size an that file is 10500x5250, so 2:1

I don't know where is my mistake now.

Plese, can you help me?

just tried to upload a panorama through ftp and though it cleared in ftp client the panorama appears in pending with error message: "processing of your panorama failed" - could this be because of the comma "," character in file name?
I also noticed the upload speed is much slower than it used to be - only 10kbit/s -it takes ages to upload 50meg jug file. is there any way to improve it?

Hi Tomasz

Upload speeds depend on many factors - connection, your location, your internet connection, your internet provider's throttling, etc. I constantly get upload speeds of 500kB/s (not kilobits but kilobytes). From this I judge the problem is not at the side of our FTP server.

As for the panorama that has failed processing - we are having some problems with processing these days. It usually works, I would say 90% of time, but there are hours, especially during weekends, when it doesn't. We are deeply sorry for these problems that we are trying to fix. The solution is always the same: Try to upload your files later. We also (the best way we can) always try to reprocess any failed photos when we discover them so chances are your photo is already processed in your account now.
