Conclave Registration Reminder!

HEY PENGUINS!

A reminder that the deadline for Conclave Registration is THIS FRIDAY. Your club must send in the paperwork and fill out the google form in advance as the registration should be processed by the 3rd. In case you can't remember what goes on during Conclave here is a quick recap:

Who:  Region 17 (Divisions 12E, 12S, 12W, 34N, 34S, 43)

What: Conclave is an opportunity for the members to elect their 2011-2012 Lieutenant Governor. In addition, we will have Division Judging for District Awards, the February DCM, and endorsement for District and International candidates!

When: Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 10-2:30 PM

Where: AMD Center, Sunnyvale (991 Stewart Dr. Sunnyvale, CA  94085.)

Why: YOU get to take place in the election process and even be part of the division judging committee if you would choose to! Your vote makes a difference to who is elected and who gets endorsement, and you can change the future of our organization. 

If you are interested make sure you talk to your club president. Only 6 members from each school are guaranteed registration and 4 members can be waitlisted.  Lieutenant Governor candidates and those seeking endorsement for District or International positions will not be counted towards the 6 member count. The cost to attend is $6 and will cover food and materials at Conclave. 

Each school will also need to bring an advisor and parents are acceptable. Advisors must pay to attend as well. 

To register each school must fill out the online and hard copy registration attached to this email. The paper registration must be RECEIVED by February 3rd and will be mailed to Jennifer Buelna. Click HERE for online registration.  You must complete both forms to register your club.
