This site was started on Tuesday, January 13th 2009.  So please bare with us so we can gather stories to share.

If you don't feel like giving your name, that's understandable.  Most people are either shy or scared, but don't be afraid to share your story to help others in need.  It doesn't matter how old you are either.  Mental illness is affected in children and adults.  Children can also be affected by it if a member of their household or friend suffer of either a mental illness or substance abuse.  People also have bad flashbacks of certain events that trigger the brain and cause them to have a mental breakdown.
