I can see those spam messages by using GG archive. They appear in such
newsgroups as alt.sports.basketball.nba.tor-raptors
You are using GG to post your message. It would be much better to use a
real nntp newsreader and news server to read usenet messages and only
use GG for searching the news archive or reading and posting to
google-specific groups, not usenet..
Good news servers such as NIN have spam filters and spam cancellers to
help eliminate spam from GG. If NIN misses such spam, my newsreader can
make all of the messages I don't want to see disappear. Even free news
servers use such as cleanfeed - but cleanfeed doesn't eliminate as much
as having spam cancellers. It is even better to eliminate messages from
all GGers.
As a GGer, you have the disadvantage of not only seeing the spam in GG
but also having your own messages filtered out by the people who
configure to filter out all messages from GGers. And your enjoyment of
reading usenet messages is hampered by not only the spam you see and the
lesser interaction you experience because your messages are invisible to
so many others, but also your GG interface is much inferior to that of
an NNTP newsreader's ability to manipulate how the messages are viewed
as well as filtered.

You don't get GG attention, but you can report the abuse with the abuse
reporting mechanism. That won't eliminate the spam from the next bot.
