Install and run "hijackthis" and post results on their forum.
Install malwarebytes and run it.
Then install comodo. www.comodo.com
Are you using firefox? Try another browser and see what happens.

.. or it's a corrupted cache (locally, ISP), bad cookie, upstream ISP
routing issue, proxy blocklist. Generally 1 of those (with site
down,dns) is always the issue at work. Makes things easy to fix.
