  Well I tried two different Seagate drives and Win 7 crashed with a &lt;br&gt; 0xC00000e9 error &lt;br&gt; The drives are older ones though but &lt;br&gt; loaded onto a Maxtor fine &lt;br&gt; also have a new Seagate external drive that Vista and Win7 see as &lt;br&gt; unformatted (works fine under Linux or XP) &lt;br&gt; It does not make sense that an OS should have a problem with one brand
