Geosearching an IP is worthless for any legal or law-enforment action if
you use so-called "authorities" as domaintools.com and such.
domaintools.com and others rely on provider-published addresses, not a
"real-world" location.
Most providers who evolved from the telco field do have "semi-accurate"

If they don't, they should...and the one time I was in Buffalo, during the
Christmas holidays 33 years ago, it felt like -40 at the Falls. (That
particular day, I saw several thousand times the amount of snow that's
fallen on Houston in the last thousand years, even if I'm in my 45th year of
being a naturalized Texan.)

both Phoenix/Mesa/Tempe and the Tucson area were vastly different

Well I tried two different Seagate drives and Win 7 crashed with a
0xC00000e9 error
The drives are older ones though but
loaded onto a Maxtor fine
also have a new Seagate external drive that Vista and Win7 see as
unformatted (works fine under Linux or XP)
It does not make sense that an OS should have a problem with one brand
