It says there....... http://66.39.69.143/index.htm Quote:-
DTS-L is a private mailing list used by a group of Microsoft MVPs for
the purpose of collaborating to find the solutions to your computer
problems. They can be found in Microsoft Product Support Newsgroups.
MVPs are independent, so they do not speak for Microsoft. DTS-L members,
like all MVPs, are all about helping you, especially when using
Microsoft software like Windows XP or Microsoft Office.
Although we're available via the Microsoft Technical Communities, for
ease of use we recommend that you use your NNTP reader, the same one you
use for email, Outlook Express, or equivalent. If you click this link
Start Reading NNTP you will see how the Windows XP forum looks in
Outlook Express.
It also led me here: http://66.39.69.143/forums.html
Whilst the page relates to AumHa forums, it also mentions Computer Haven
as a great place to find answers to computing problems.
Here is the URL http://computerhaven.info/forum/
Can anyone identify any other link between Computer Haven and AumHa?
Is anyone here involved in either operation in any way?
TIA

On this page http://66.39.69.143/index.htm it states:-
<qp>
Microsoft MVPs, like Kelly Theriot, author of Kelly's Korner, one of the
web's premier XP support websites, and the rest of the members of DTS-L
are leaders in these forums, helping users with Microsoft products, as
well as helping you to solve almost any computer problem.
<qp>
As I am not allowed to post at AumHa, a friend has checked for me and
was unable to find *any* post made by Kelly.
Maybe there is a simple explanation.
Suggestions welcomed.

Do not crosspost. Do not multipost. Do not post the same message in
multiple groups. Determine the one single group in which some question
is most appropriate and post the question there and only there.
If a question or message is not appropriate anywhere, don't post it at
all. If no one is responding to a question or related questions, stop
asking about it anywhere.
> As I am not allowed to post at AumHa, a friend has checked for me and

That 'unable to find' is of no importance/ significance/ meaning.
People (including Kelly) may post to such webforums with or without a
(pseudo) handle or nym. She might post there or she might not - she
might use a nym or she might not. In either/any case it is not
important or of any interest to anyone here whether or not anyone is
looking for anyone's posts there or not.
Just because you are banned from posting at aumha doesn't keep you from
looking around there.
aumha means alpha & omega, also behold, and it is a domainname of some
significance/meaning to James Eschelman who admins the site and its
forums http://www.aumha.org/about.htm

If you want to read Kelly Theriot, go to her Korner

I note what you say.

Absolutely correct. I do. I looked for a post from you asking why
BoaterDave had been banned from posting, but alas you have chosen not to
do as I had asked.

Indeed. I know *exactly* what it means. This is the first time I've
noticed you make a mistake - his name is James A. Eshelman
<qp>
JAMES A. ESHELMAN is a scholar, writer and a teacher of occult and
metaphysical subjects for over 25 years, originally in the field of
astrology and then in magick, mysticism, Qabalah, tarot, occult
psychology, and related Hermetic subjects as well. He was admitted to
the A.'.A.'. as a Probationer in 1979, and to full initiation as a
Neophyte in 1981. The lecture will touch on various occult subjects such
as Alchemy, Qabalah, Tarot and Initiation and other secret disciplines
of the ancient occult mysteries, as well as proven steps and methods for
spiritual awakening.

Thank you. I first went there soon after I had installed XP - 2002 I
think.
An excellent facility, IMO
Maybe, just maybe, you are correct in your supposition that Kelly
chooses to post there under a different name. I've been in email contact
with her in the past about other matters, so perhaps I'll write and ask
her directly.
