Current versions of Paint Shop Pro
http://www.jasc.com/
and
Adobe Photo Shop
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html
work excellently on XP.

Hi Steve,

One of my computers has XP Home. I got PSD
version 2.0.3 to work in compatibility mode. I used
the compatibility wizard and chose Win 95 and 256
colors to get it to install correctly. Also I chose the
"recommended" install and not the "minimum" install.

I got PSD version 6 to work also. In the wizard, just
choose Win 98/ME and in the colors, leave all the
boxes blank and continue with the wizard. Then
take out the install cd and put in the product cd.

Thanks for reminding me that I had these ! I use
PSP 5 for most projects these days but I still have
a lot of old projects done with PSD. (^: I have not
tried Print Artist yet.

Which version of PSD do you have ?

JM
