Hi,

I did buy submission2000 but did not use it for a long time. It was on
Win95 and now I have XP Pro.

What shall I do?

Search engines reject all sites that use <BLINK>.

call it a rash of occurencces.

Modern search engines dont rely on submissions anymore, they have
software which looks for keywords and links and then ranks your site
according to content and other sites that link to your site.

mmm, they do not 'rely' upon submissions, nor use them to rank, but
submitted sites may be scanned (and hence ranked) sooner than their
spider would discover the new or revised site.
