Complain to the webmaster, most likely it's been setup that way.
Print in landscape.
If your printer settings allow, scaling then print at less than 100%
Most likely you could create a CSS file containing the command to reduce
the font size for printing.

Don't you hate that? Why can't these stinkin' web designers think about what
will happen if someone needs to print things from their pages? Grrr!!! (pet
peeve, can ya tell? <g>)
It is, I really really hate that.
A lot of it is the good old US Letter size and A4 paper sizes. Many web
designers were trained in traditional publishing. Those that weren't
simply use GUI editors where the default 'page' (to use that word) is
the printer / locale setting i.e. US and everywhere else.
Some of the online books do it but then you can see the point there.
Free / Low Cost to view but not a give away to print.
