You have tried Dlink forums, support, manuals, any support / user groups
for your ISP?

What is a good router that you think will work nicely with VOIP
service? How do you rate Dlink DIR-855?

Don't know. Don't use VOIP and never used that router.
An idea may be to ask in the specific forums already mentioned, your ISP
support.
